, I wanted to share a few thoughts and include ways for you to connect with Katie and her upcoming course, Yoga for the Erotic Self.The first thing to note is that we encountered a few technical difficulties early in the episode. If you notice some weird cuts, that’s why. It’s also the reason we ultimately opted not to share the video of our recording and are using the audio instead. So, despite what I say in the interview about video and viewers, this is an audio experience—a feast for the ears, if you will.
The second note is that I was excited to include this interview because it hails back to my original newsletter, Yes, Misstrix. In that newsletter, which ultimately transformed into Bored Aquarian, I focused on sex, love and relationships. There’s a bit of that content these days, but not much. So, as I said in the subtitle, if you came to this content for the sex, this discussion is for you.
